Direct Primary Care

What is direct primary care?

Health model where the patient-provider relationship is restored without interruption by insurance companies.

Why use Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

No dealings with insurance, true continuity of care as established by seeing the same provider and on a more routine basis and for an extended visit as needed.  Even if you have health insurance, you may have high deductible and DPC may still be cheaper given the wholesale prices on labs and diagnostic testing.

How does direct primary care work?

We do not accept insurance. The patient signs a contract with the provider that requires a monthly recurring fee. This allows the provider to focus on the needs of patient rather than coding and billing with insurance. There are various plans available noted in Payment Plans. A minimum contract of 6 months is required.

What is covered in Direct Primary Care?

Depending on your plan, it includes so many visits per year which include preventative care, chronic health care management, and acute visits when sick or injured.  Refer to Payment Plans that may best suit you.
