Leonard Dolins

Leonard Dolins has been in the accounting world since 1961

Official

The practice was officially formed in 1993 when Leonard and his son Steve co-founded the firm. The firm started out as a office of three (all named Dolins) as Len’s wife Rena handled the administrative duties of the new accounting practice.

2000
2000

Takeover

In 2000, Len began to scale back and Steve took over as the managing partner. Since then, the firm has continued to grow each year while adding both partners and staff. Michael Loiben who joined the firm in 2000 and he became a partner in 2009.

2001

Matt Meyer

Matt Meyer who joined the firm in 2001 and he became a partner in 2011. Also in 2011, the firm was rebranded as The Dolins Group, Ltd. (TDG). The partners all agreed the “Dolins” brand and reputation in the Chicagoland area was important to maintain.

2018
2018

Vivian Ladas

Vivian Ladas joined the firm in 2018 and became a partner in 2020.

Today as TDG is no longer just the Dolins family members, the firm strives to maintain the family atmosphere for both clients and staff. Many on our team have been a part of the firm for over 10 years which is a source of great pride for the firm. As TDG continues grow, we always want to provide the attention of a small family firm while providing the full range of services of a larger firm. As Steve says, “If our clients are successful, we are successful.”
