Steve Dolins
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Steve Dolins is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TDG with over 30 years of experience in tax preparation, consulting, and financial planning. He co-founded the firm with his father in 1993 after earning a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and becoming a CPA in 1992.
At TDG, Steve focuses on tax, consulting, and strategic planning while continuing the firm’s commitment to strong client relationships and long-term financial guidance. His philosophy is simple: if clients succeed, the firm succeeds.
Steve serves as Treasurer for the Northbrook Baseball Association, the School District 30 Foundation, and the Lew Blond Memorial 5K. He lives in Northbrook with his wife Jenny, their three children, and two dogs, and enjoys traveling, sports trivia, card games, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
