At Mandala Counseling Services, we make getting started simple and transparent. Session fees are listed below. For clients using in-network insurance, we submit claims on your behalf, and your copay is collected once your insurance has processed the claim \u2014 so you're never billed more than your plan actually requires. Self-pay clients are charged within the week following service. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Our goal is to keep the process straightforward so you can focus on healing and growth.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO<\/li>\n
  • BCBS Blue Choice<\/li>\n
  • United Healthcare\/Optum PPO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
    Fees:<\/h5>

    • Hourly rate: $160\/session<\/li>\n
    • Late cancellation (24 hours or less) or no-show fee: $85<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Copay and coinsurance payments are charged to your card on file once your insurance has processed the claim for each session.<\/p>\n

      Self-pay, late cancellation, and no-show fees are charged to your card on file within a week of the date of service.<\/p>\n

      Payments by check are also accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
