A mandala is a sacred symbol<\/h2>\n

A mandala is a symbolic image of the universe \u2014 reflecting the harmony, balance, and wholeness that connects all creation. Across cultures and spiritual traditions, mandalas have long served as a focus for meditation and sacred reflection.<\/p>\n

In the Christian tradition, the mandala echoes wholeness and God's all-encompassing presence, later expressed in the great stained-glass rose windows that invited worshippers into prayer and contemplation. Carl Jung, too, saw the mandala as a symbol of healing \u2014 our natural movement toward becoming whole and integrated.<\/p>\n

This is the work of therapy. Together, you and your therapist gently explore your inner world to reconnect with parts of yourself \u2014 feelings, memories, ways of being \u2014 that once felt too difficult to express, and that over time became hidden or set aside.<\/p>\n

The coping patterns we build to survive life's challenges can eventually leave us feeling stuck or disconnected.
