About Us
Learn Who We Are
Premium grooming with gentle care, tailored for your best friend.
Dog in Suds Dog Grooming has been a cornerstone in the Palatine community for over 45 years. Founded in 1981, the business has built an enduring reputation for quality, trust, and genuine care for the animals it serves.
Our mission is to operate a safe and friendly business while ensuring customer delight. Our highest priorities include transparency and ensuring animal well-being. We practice these pledges by not operating behind closed doors. Dogs and groomers are visible to customers at all times.
Dog in Suds strives to be a distinguished business in the community by being a good neighbor, engaging with community members, and holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards.
Dog in Suds is and has always been woman-owned. In 2026, the business entered into a new ownership chapter with a goal of modernization while retaining the foundations that have allowed the business to endure, including our beloved groomers.
