We practice our mission pillars by making transparency part of the experience. From the moment your dog arrives, you can see where they spend their time, who is caring for them, and how they are treated. Our kenneling and grooming areas are open and visible to customers, with no hidden rooms, closed-off grooming areas, or behind-the-scenes handling.

We believe you should never have to wonder what happens while your dog is in our care. The only exceptions to our open care structure are our wet room and quiet room. For dogs who need special accommodations, our quiet room provides a darker, calmer space away from the action to help them feel comfortable and relaxed. Our wet room helps us maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for both people and pets.

We take our time with your dog to ensure that they are comfortable while in our care. Each grooming experience includes a relaxing bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and brushing.
